Recco Jewels products vary within 925 sterling silver, 925 sterling silver coated one micron of genuine 14-karat yellow gold known as vermeil, cubic zirconia, and stainless steel. Recco Jewels products are ideal as they offer fashionable, durable and high-quality pieces at affordable prices. All of our products are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. All of our products are made from recycled and sustainable materials.
When not in use, it is advised to store your jewelry in a box or pouch. Jewelry can be cleaned with a dry microfiber cloth. Although it is not recommended, gold vermeil and 925 sterling silver may be worn while bathing and or applying lotions or perfumes. However, overtime, with normal wear the 14 karat gold vermeil plating may fade.
If fading occurs before 6 months of use and wear, please submit a claim to our claims portal for further investigation into the product to rule out a defective product. Recco Jewels is not responsible for slight fading from normal wear, but we will do our best to make things right with our loyal customers.
