Shipping Information

Processing Times

• In-stock items: Process within 1–2 business days.
  
• Pre-order items: Ship within 4–5 weeks. Due to current high demand and global supply chain delays, please allow for potential delivery extensions.
  
• Custom-made items (such as name necklaces): Require 4–5 weeks processing before shipment.
  

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Standard Shipping – $8
  Arrives in 5–7 business days after processing.
  
• Rushed Shipping – $20
  Arrives in 3–4 business days after processing.
  
• Expedited Shipping – $50
  Arrives next business day after processing.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please note: All shipping times are in addition to processing times.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  
• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  
• Custom and pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  
• We do not offer refunds for items damaged due to improper care or tarnishing, as we guarantee quality for up to 6 months of normal wear.
