how does shipping & pre-order work?
we're stocked and ready, but we're expecting these to move fast. when a piece sells out, the site automatically opens pre-orders for it — no waitlist, no guessing. pre-orders take 4-5 weeks to ship. you'll get a confirmation right away and a tracking email the second your piece is ready to go.
what's your return & modification policy?
