Shipping & Delivery

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Recco Jewels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Jewelry Care & Wear Disclaimer

Our jewelry is crafted using high-quality materials, including 925 sterling silver and 14k gold vermeil. Proper care is essential to maintain the longevity and appearance of your jewelry.

Recco Jewels is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, sweating, or natural variations in skin pH levels. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

Jewelry is worn at the customer’s own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Recco Jewels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
