Returns
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging must be included.
- Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Sale or discounted items
- Collaboration pieces
- Anything marked final sale
Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges at this time. Eligible items can be returned for a refund under this policy.
How to Return
- Start your return through our returns portal. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- If your return is accepted, you will receive a pre paid shipping label
- Accepted returns are void after 14 days of approval
Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 5–7 business days after we receive your return for it to be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we'll help you right away.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry
Made to Order
Custom and personalized jewelry is crafted from the exact details you provide at checkout, and production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Final Sale
All custom and personalized jewelry is final sale. Once an order is submitted, it can't be modified, canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Please Double-Check Your Details
Before checking out, confirm that everything is correct, including:
- Name spelling
- Letter case
- Dates or numbers
- Chain length or sizing
We craft each piece exactly as entered, so we're unable to remake orders due to details provided at checkout.
Production Time
Custom pieces typically take 4–6 weeks to create. Your estimated timeline is shown in the product description or at checkout. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Handcrafted Character
Because each custom piece is handmade, small variations in size, spacing, or appearance can occur. These are a natural part of what makes your piece one of a kind.
Shipping
Processing Time
- Orders take 1–2 business days to process before shipping.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Options (via USPS)
- Standard: $8.50, delivered in 5–8 business days
- Priority: $25.00, delivered in 3–5 business days
- Overnight: $50.00, delivered the next business day
Delivery times begin after processing.
Good to Know
- Delivery times are USPS estimates and aren't guaranteed. We can't be responsible for carrier delays due to weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
- Once your order ships, it's in the care of USPS. For delayed or missing shipments, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
- We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS, so we recommend shipping to a secure location.
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We can't be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address.

Jewelry Care
Our jewelry is made with high-quality materials, including 925 sterling silver and 14k gold vermeil. Like all fine jewelry, it stays beautiful longest with proper care. Recco Jewels isn't responsible for damage caused by improper care, harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, sweat, or natural variations in skin pH. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect, and jewelry is worn at the customer's own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Recco Jewels is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We take real pride in the quality of every piece, and each product page lists the exact materials and finish for that style. This mix of materials lets us offer design-forward jewelry at an accessible price point, with most styles ranging from $50–$250.
Every piece is designed to be worn daily and styled effortlessly into your everyday stack. Like all fine jewelry, your pieces will evolve with wear. Over time, and depending on your lifestyle, a gold finish may gradually soften and reveal the metal beneath. This is a natural part of how finished jewelry wears.
Because jewelry interacts directly with the wearer, things like skin pH, perspiration, humidity, heat, and personal care products can affect how long a finish lasts. To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, creams, oils, and harsh chemicals, and taking your jewelry off before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. You can wear your pieces during these activities, but doing so may shorten the life of the finish.
When you're not wearing them, store your pieces in a protective pouch or jewelry box, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Gently clean them with a soft microfiber or polishing cloth as needed, and avoid abrasive materials or chemical cleaners, which can wear down the finish.
