At Recco Jewels, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging must beincluded
- Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Sale or discounted items
- Collaboration pieces
No Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
Eligible returns will be processed in accordance with this policy
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Recco Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Please allow up to 5–7 business days after receipt for your return to be processed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
