Our jewelry is not solid gold or gold-filled, which allows us to offer high-quality, design-forward pieces at an accessible price point, with most styles ranging from $50–$250.

Each piece is designed to be worn daily and styled effortlessly into your everyday stack. That said, all plated jewelry naturally evolves with wear. Over time, and depending on lifestyle factors, the 14k gold vermeil may gradually soften or fade, and the sterling silver base may become visible beneath. This is a normal characteristic of plated jewelry and not considered a manufacturing defect.

Because jewelry interacts directly with the wearer, factors such as skin pH, perspiration, humidity, heat, and exposure to personal care products can affect the longevity of the plating. To help preserve the shine and finish of your Recco Jewels pieces, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, creams, oils, and harsh chemicals, and removing jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. (Although you can do these activites while wearing your jewels, it just may shorten the life span of the piece.)

When not in use, store your jewelry in a protective pouch or jewelry box, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Gently clean pieces with a soft microfiber or polishing cloth as needed. Avoid abrasive materials or chemical cleaners, as these can damage the plating.
