Returns made easy. Simply submit a request through our Returns Portal within 7 days of receiving your jewels, and we'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund promptly upon receipt.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been prepared, it will ship according to the shipping method selected at checkout. For overnight orders, we make every effort to prioritize processing and have them packed and shipped the same or next business day.
